Decision 2016
This is a difficult post. Depending on how it is crafted, it has the potential to alienate half of the audience. Yet, the decision before the country is so important that I could no longer stay silent.
Now, I don’t know your position on this issue, but one thing is clear. The decision you make has long-range implications which will impact your future.
Some believe this is the type of choice whose time has finally come. Others think a paradigm shift of this magnitude would be too damaging to the global marketplace. However, when you stop and take a moment to wade through all the posturing and the platitudes; then choose to set aside the contentious nature of the ‘debates’ - the facts actually speak for themselves. This makes the answer quite clear.
The problem is, when looking at the national discussion, the facts are not the driving force they should be. Sensationalism is propelling the conversation, pushing the agenda away from an intellectual decision to an emotional one. We all know conclusions based on emotional discourse leads to unforeseen complications down the road. The future is too important to enter this moment in history without fact-based, intellectual discussions on where we are now – and where we are heading.
After all, think of the impact this could have on your business.
At this time, whether you consider yourself to be moderate, progressive, or still undecided; let me offer some advice as you prepare to make your choice. Be prepared. Study. Research. Take the time to gather all the information you can to make sure you aren’t swayed by the rhetoric, but make an informed decision based on the facts.
Mainstream media won’t tell you the truth, so I will. And, after you have taken the time to sort through all the details, I am certain you will come to the right decision just as I have.
There is simply no more cost-effective, targeted marketing tool than on-hold advertising.
When it comes to the bottom line, the future is in your hands.
Choose wisely.
