Technical Support Specialist, Part-time

This position will provide telephone-based technical support for our existing client base, and installation assistance with new clients over telephone and email. Detailed record keeping, equipment management, and reinforcing positive business relationships are all part of what makes the Technical Support Specialist such a valuable team member at Woodstock Media Group.
Provide user-friendly technical support via telephone and email.
Manage the install process. Provide research and assistance to expedite installation.
Troubleshoot, test; maintain, and manage inventory of equipment.
Resolve technical issues professionally, positively, and promptly.
Maintain and update customer information and equipment database continually.
Detailed notes are essential
5 years previous customer service/technical support in an office setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and follow through with assigned tasks.
Ability to multi-task and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
